Scope
Each service is governed by the accepted proposal or plan, which defines deliverables, timing, price, and responsibilities.
Payments
Project payments are made by milestone. Subscriptions renew until canceled through the customer portal.
Acceptable use
You may not use the services for fraud, abuse, spam, or activities that violate rights or applicable laws.
Ownership and access
After agreed payments are complete, you receive the access and deliverables stated in the proposal. Third-party tools retain their own licenses.
